Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (transit times may be slightly longer for these regions).
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional time.
Carrier Selection
We partner with several trusted carriers, such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS. A carrier is automatically assigned based on your delivery address to provide the most efficient service. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holiday volume, or carrier operational issues. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays known to us.
